Snapkar is committed to providing a safe and respectful digital environment.
Protecting children from exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate content is a top priority for us.
1. Age Restriction
Snapkar is not intended for children under the age of 13.
- Users must confirm their age during account registration.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account,
the account and associated data will be removed immediately.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
Snapkar has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse,
exploitation, or harmful behavior.
This includes:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or predatory behavior
- Sharing, requesting, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any activity that exploits or endangers children
Such content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
3. Monitoring & Enforcement
To maintain safety:
- We monitor user reports and complaints related to child safety
- Content and accounts violating this policy will be removed immediately
- Serious violations may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities
4. Reporting Abuse or Safety Concerns
Users are encouraged to report:
- Suspicious behavior
- Inappropriate messages
- Profiles that may involve minors
Reports can be made:
All reports are reviewed seriously and handled confidentially.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Respect all users and community standards
- Not engage in or promote harmful or illegal behavior
- Report any content or activity that may threaten child safety
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Data Protection for Minors
- Snapkar does not intentionally collect or store data from children under 13
- If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly
7. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Snapkar complies with applicable child protection laws, including:
- Indian IT Act & POCSO Act
- Google Play Child Safety and CSAE policies
We cooperate fully with legal authorities when required.
8. Policy Updates
This Child Safety Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted within the app,
and continued use indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
